LEE Young-ae Comeback Competes at Swedish Fest
The recent Korean thriller
Bring Me Home (2019), the big screen comeback project for Korean star
LEE Young-ae, has been invited to screen at the Göteborg Film Festival in Sweden, where it will take part in the Ingmar Bergman Competition.

PARK Hae-joon (
Believer, 2018) co-star in this story of a mother who has been searching for her missing son for years, and suddenly receives an anonymous tip that he may be with a group of con artists in a small seaside community. Yet when she arrives there she has trouble penetrating the group and getting past the local police captain who seems to be protecting them.
The film debuted in the Discovery program of last year’s Toronto International Film Festival and was released domestically on November 27. Other festivals it has or is scheduled to participate in include the Chicago International Film Festival, the International Film Festival Rotterdam, the Fantasporto - Oporto International Film Festival and the Hong Kong Asian Film Festival.
This year’s 43rd edition of the Göteborg Film Festival is scheduled to take place between January 24 and February 3.
