KWON Man-ki studied at Sangmyung University, majoring in cinema, the graduate school of Advanced Imaging Science, Multimedia & Film Chung-Ang University and Korean Academy of Film Arts. He has directed numerous shorts including <The Parcel> (2006) and <Jai-hee′s Eiffel Tower> (2007) and has been recognized by many international film festivals receiving several awards for <Telepata> (2015).
