He came back in 2012 with his first film role, in the black comedy <Over My Dead Body> (2012). He could later be seen in the thrillers <The Berlin File> (2013), and <Master> (2016), as well as in the comedy <The Sheriff In Town> (2017). In 2018, after landing a role in the international hit series <Mister Sunshine>, he became a regular guest of the hit reality TV shows <My Little Old Boy>. He was particularly busy in 2020, with no less than three big screen appearances, first in the comedy <MR. ZOO: THE MISSING VIP> (2020), co-starring LEE Sung-min, and later in the airline disaster comedy <OK! MADAM> (2020) and the musical drama film <Hero> (2020).
