She was an unknown actress who started in theatre, then played minor roles in films like <Someone Special> (2004) and <White Night> (2009) and television dramas. Then in 2009, she became better known after her portrayal of a wealthy heiress in a TV drama called ‘Boys over Flowers’, based on a popular Japanese manga of the same title. Through this drama RHEE obtained an image of a modern city girl, which went hand-in-hand with her big eyes and sophisticated looks. RHEE’s honest and confident charisma also landed her the role in 2010 romantic comedy <Cyrano Agency>. RHEE plays the female lead in <Love On-Air>, to be released in January 2012. She plays the role of Jin-ah, a faded idol star who goes through ups and downs in her life while hosting a radio show. RHEE is able to excel mainly in melodramas and romantic comedy genres because she has one of the prettiest faces out of all Korean actresses in business today.

LEE Min-Jung got her start through the movie <Someone Special> in 2004. In 2009, she captivated audiences by appearing in the dramas <Boys before Flowers> and <Smile, You>. She also got settled in the film industry by acting in <White Night> and <Cyrano Agency>. LEE Min-Jung has appeared in numerous TV dramas and commercials, and has achieved an image as a bestselling icon since 2010. She was also loved in the film <Love On-Air> in which she acted alongside LEE Jung-Jin.
