After co-starring KO Soo in <Some> (2004), she played a key role in the popularization of Korean series across Asia with her main parts in rom-com <Princess Hours> (2006) and period drama <Jumong> (2006), the latter of which was the most viewed Korean series that year. She then played against IM Chang-jung in sexy comedy <Sex Is Zero 2> (2007) before meeting ZO In-sung in historical war epic <A Frozen Flower> (2008). She gained much wider recognition among the public since 2010 when she joined the regular cast of hit variety show <Running Man>.
