Born in 1973, Lim Junsun was attending both the Seoul Institute of the Arts and Sangmyung University in films simultaneously, before going on with a Master’s degree in Culture and Arts at Sangmyung. After directing his first short in 1993, he worked as assistant director on <Coffee, Copy and a Bloody Nose> (1994). He then directed the shorts <Remote Controll> (1998) and <Full Moon Full Sun> (1999). First assistant director on <Asako In Ruby Shoes> (2000) and <Bet On My Disco> (2002), he directed his first feature in <Super Star> (2011). He teamed up with Don Lee in his <Ordinary People> (2018), which was based on one of his scripts, and he reunited with the star in 2022 in <MEN OF PLASTIC> (2022).
