YUN In-ho brings with him a very unique list of experiences of having worked on the sets of <Apollo 13>, <French Kiss>, and other major Hollywood productions. Before going to the US to study filmmaking at UCLA Extension, Yun had worked for Korean directors such as [YU Hyun-mok] and [SUNWOO Wan]. The first feature he made after returning to Korea was a low-budget film about laborers, <Barricade>(1996), which received critical acclaim for its serious approach to the lives of laborers and social prejudices and impairments they suffer. <Mayonnaise>(1999), based on a novel of JUN Hae-sung and casting the late [CHOI Jin-sil] and [KIM Hye-ja], did not see commercial success as well, but proved YUN’s stable directing. YUN’s latest film, <The Devil’s Game>(2007), was a fantasy thriller, which was a departure from his previous works.
