His first screen part was a small role in KIM Ki-duk’s <Address Unknown> (2001), which he followed up with more bit parts in classic Korean fare such as <Into the Mirror> (2003), <Windstruck> (2004) and <Maundy Thursday> (2006). Some bigger parts followed in films such as the gangster drama <The Show Must Go On> (2007), the period dramedy <Radio Dayz> (2008), the indie sensation <Breathless> (2009), the steamy period drama <The Servant> (2010) and the summer action pick <Quick> (2011). His biggest part yet came in LEE Won-suk’s debut romcom <How to Use Guys with Secret Tips> (2013), where he played as one of the romantic leads opposite LEE Si-young. The same year he headlined the indie romcom <Sunshine Love>, which debuted at the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival. At the same time he continued to appear in supporting parts in major films, particularly thrillers such as the revenge pic <Broken> (2014), JANG Jin’s transgender cop film <Man on High Heels> (2014) and the crime caper sequel <Tazza: The Hidden Card> (2014).
