FOCUS ASIA 2026 will take place in Udine, Italy, from April 27 to 29, during the 28th edition of Far East Film Festival, bringing together over 200 film professionals from Asia and Europe, confirming the main sections dedicated to films in development and WIP, and launching brand-new initiatives to bridge even more Europe and Asia:

Our All Genres Project Market will select high-quality projects with strong co-production or co-financing potential with Asia or Europe already in financing stage; the main goal is to attract films in advanced development phase with at least 15-30% of the budget in place so to enable selected teams to find the most suitable co-production and financing partners through a series of tailor-made individual meetings.

Our Far East in Progress section will select upcoming Asian feature films in post-production looking for festival premiere and international distribution; selected teams will have the chance to screen max 10′ of their films to a large panel of international sales agents, festival programmers and buyers from both Europe and Asia.
