One spring day, Kang-hyun decides to go climbing Bukhan Mountain, near Seoul, with his friend Sun-woo who has recently been discharged from the military. As their conversation goes, they eventually start reminiscing about their former partners. The relationships they had with these women were not unlike this hike; sometimes they would lose their way and wander off the beaten path, other times they would feel the refreshing wind under the shade of a tree, and then there were times when they would be shouting from a mountaintop as if they conquered the world.

As they dive deeper into their memories, the two continue to walk towards the summit. Suddenly, a woman passing in front of them draws their attention, but they lose all hope after an old man on his way down provides them with some unnecessary advice.
