Every day he prepares fish for his wife who has Alzheimer's disease. One day when she does not want to leave the house, she discovers a burglar who she mistakes for her dead son in her house. Her husband pities her. That very day, she wants to prepare kimchi, and prepares it in her right mind. Then on one early winter day, he, alone, has the kimchi that she prepared for lunch. The kimchi is flavored with more than their time spent together.
