A police sergeant Koo of the department of crime of violence takes a part to investigate a case about a murdered woman called Seon-Hee with inspector Shin who is dispatched by a police box. The murderer Yoon Seung-Ku is brought up in the same orphanage with Seon-Hee. He succeeded to be a designer with help of Park Eun-Hee. Ko Deuk-Kil, who witnesses this and threatens, is murdered by Eun-Hee who is a secret agent. During a meal with his wife Mrs. Oh, sergeant Koo finds a lead of the mystery case and starts to investigate. Finally he arrests Seung-Ku.
