In 2004, Gyeong-Tae Roh established the production company ‘Teddy Bear Films Co’ in San Francisco.
The first film produced by the company was “Father and Son” (2004), an experimental short made by him.
In co-production with the company Cicada I Remember, Teddy Bear Films Co made the first feature film directed by Gyeong-Tae Roh, “The Last Dining Table”. The film screened at the Rotterdam IFF 2007, as well as in Busan, Sundance and Locarno.

In 2004, Gyeong-Tae Roh established the production company ‘Teddy Bear Films Co’ in San Francisco.

In 2008, the company produced his second feature film “Land of Scarecrows” with the French production company, NEON Productions. The film screened at Berlin Forum 2009, as well as in the ACID Cannes, Busan, Melbourne & etc.
In 2011, the company produced his third feature film “Black Dove” which was invited by Rotterdam and Busan.
Now, the company just finish producing his forth feature “Black Stone” which was invited by Busan APM project market 2009 and also selected as ‘2012 France-Korea co-production Business market, hosted by KOFIC and CNC France. This film has been invited by Rotterdam, Karlovy Vary IFF and Jeonju IFF 2015. This film has been supported by 'Cinema Du Monde - CNC in France', Korean Film Council and Seoul Film Commission.
In 2016, The name of the company has been changed from 'Teddy Bear Films' to 'Teddy Roh Films'.
