The Seoul Disabled People's Rights Film Festival aims to be a train where people with disabilities and without disabilities can travel together. It envisions a space where the diverse everyday lives of people with disabilities are interconnected, where non-disabled and disabled individuals meet, and where they can establish equal relationships as citizens, not based on pity, sympathy, discrimination, or hatred. It aspires to be a space where the train carries both people with and without disabilities, breaking through the darkness and arriving at a place where equality prevails for all citizens.
